Orders, Delivery And Shipping

COVID 19 NOTICE

Due to the unstable nature of shipping routes, restrictions and other factors arising from the Covid-19 Pandemic, shipping times/cost may increase during this period. However, we will do our best to ensure that all items are delivered in a timely manner and absorb any additional shipping cost where possible.

Which countries do we ship to?

Bynd3D is based in Singapore, we deliver locally and Internationally. Drop us a message at hello@beyondbynd to find out if we ship to your country.

When will I receive my items? (Singapore)

If your item is in stock, expect to receive your item within 2-4 business days upon completion of payment before 12pm on a weekday. However, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, your delivery may take longer than expected.

*We do not operate on weekends and public holidays.

When will I receive my items? (International)

If your item is in stock, expect to receive your item in 6-14 business days upon completion of payment. However, due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, your delivery may take longer than expected.

When will I receive my items? (Special Orders and Pre-Orders)

For special orders and pre-orders, we are unable to guarantee a time period of when you will receive your item. However, we will do our best to keep you updated on your product. If you have any queries on your item, you can drop us a message at hello@beyondbynd.com with your order number.

I have changed my mind, can I change my ordeR?

If your order has not been shipped, and you wish to change colours (pre-orders do not apply), or add additional items, we will try our best to accommodate. Do email us at hello@beyondbynd.com with your order number and request.

Warranty, Refunds and Returns

Can I return or refund my items?

Items can only be exchanged if there are any manufacturing defects. Please email us at hello@beyondbynd.com with a picture within 7 days of receiving your items. We cannot accept exchanges for wrong purchases or change of mind.

Is there a warranty for my product? (Consumables)

There are is no warranty for consumables. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, do drop us a message at hello@beyondbynd.com with a picture of the defect and your order number. We will do our best to assist you.

Is there any warranty for my prodcuct? (3D Printers)

For 3D Printers, we offer a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects only. The warranty will start from the date that we ship your printer based on your order number.
We do not cover any claims resulting from any of the following:

  • wear and tear, or due to the aging of materials;
  • aesthetic defects and minor deviations of the Prodcuts from images posted in the Stores or due to naturally occuring variations in the materials used or manual assembly of Products;
  • mishandling, improper assembly, use or care, contact with animals, or site or environmental conditions (such as environments with high heat, high humidity, high salinity, or pollutant gasses);
  • contact with moisture, thermal degradation or elements that are known to cause a breakdown of materials;
  • modifications or failure to follow the recommended assembly instructions;
  • or abuse, negligence, accident, fire or water damage, transportation by the customer or other causes beyond our control.

How do I claim my warranty?
